À propos

Keepers Knitwear is a Belgian label dedicated to local craftsmanship, heirloom textiles and contemporary knitwear design.
In 2020, Keepers Knitwear began with a simple desire: as a young mother, I wanted to create sustainable, heirloom-quality garments for babies: knits inspired by vintage aesthetics with a contemporary edge, locally handmade to last, made from sustainably sourced materials.

Rooted in my lifelong passion for knitting and crochet, my designs reflect the heritage textile techniques I first learned from my mom and later refined during my fashion and knitting design studies in Brussels.

What started as a line of baby knits has ever since grown into a collection for adults over the years, featuring soft sweaters an slipovers, limited-edition kimonos, and accessories for the whole family, designed to be cherished across seasons and generations.

I craft most pieces myself in my atelier in Belgium, by hand or on a manual knitting machine, using deadstock yarns sourced on designer’s stock sales, second hand platforms or former spinning factories. For some limited edition collections like the kimonos, I collaborate with a Belgian knitwear mill, ensuring the same level of quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability.

In 2024, Keepers Knitwear was awarded the ‘Certified Crafts’ label by the Belgian Government - an official recognition of the artisanal techniques and craftsmanship that lie at the heart of everything I create.
